Founded in 1873, Texas Christian University is located on 272 acres about three miles from downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Walking TCU: A Historic Perspective, Second Edition describes the buildings on the Fort Worth campus, and before thatthose on the Thorp Spring and Waco campuses. The book provides an historical account of the various campus structures from the time of their initial construction to the present day.
